Whether you crave ribs or pulled pork; or your sauce of choice is ketchup or vinegar based, Marshall County has a barbecue favorite for you. Try one of our local eateries or try them all. It is the Year of Alabama BBQ, and we are gearing up to celebrate all the qualities that make smoked meat a Southern staple. You can’t come to visit us and not sample a sandwich, slider, or slab. The toughest question for you is whether you want slaw on it.
The Marshall County Convention & Visitors Bureau invites both locals and visitors to frequent eateries in the county and take a photo of their food- Photos can be submitted by using the hashtag #TopEatsMC on various social media sites, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. The CVB will feature submitted food photos on their website and social media sites.
